Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
