What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA in Middle/High School position at The Social Learning Center?
At The Social Learning Center, we are dedicated to supporting students at Independence Academy through relationship-based services rooted in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and a collaborative approach. With small caseloads of no more than six clients, we prioritize meaningful connections and individualized support. Our schedule reflects our values, offering time for school breaks and flexible summer hours to foster balance for both our team and the families we serve.
We take pride in creating an environment that nurtures both professional growth and personal well-being. Our team enjoys schedules that align with school hours and breaks, providing a healthy work-life balance. With low billable hour expectations and options for remote work, we offer flexibility without compromising the quality of care.
