The Social Spectrum Inc. is hiring self-motivated individuals that are open to building their leadership skills and working with children with autism for a part-time and or full-time position.
At The Social Spectrum Inc., we offer both in-home, community, and center based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children 18 months to 21 years of age. Our center is based in Morganville, NJ, but we accept clients from Monmouth, Middlesex County and all over the State of New Jersey. We offer flexible scheduling with afternoons, early evenings, and weekend availability. We provide on-the-job training in the latest skills in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) as well as supervision for those who are pursuing their RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), BCaBA (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst), or BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) credentials.
Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), technicians deliver 1:1 services to clients with specific treatment plans that address behavioral, community, daily living, and social skills. Must be able to collect data and submit at the end of each session
The Program Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of ABA services, supporting the development and implementation of individualized, group, and social programs, and ensuring that client goals are being met. You will collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), RBTs, and families to ensure the effective and consistent delivery of treatment plans.

- Program Development & Oversight: Coordinate the creation, implementation, and monitoring of individualized, group, and other treatment plans and programs for clients. Ensure that programs are evidence-based and align with ABA principles.
- Assist in developing and implementing a training curriculum/ path for behavior technicians and other employees.
- Staff Support & Training: Provide ongoing support, training, and supervision to ABA therapists and RBTs and other team members. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality services.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee and ensure accurate data collection for all clients. Review data regularly to track progress and identify areas that require adjustment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and case management. Maintain client records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate therapist schedules and client appointments to optimize therapy delivery and maintain consistency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client progress, therapy sessions, and administrative tasks in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with ABA therapists, supervisors, and support staff to align on client needs and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
- Prior experience in ABA therapy.
- Prior experience in program coordination or case management (preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on individuals’ lives.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with special needs and their families.
Required Experience
- Minimum of completion of a High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Minimum of one year of experience with children, preferably some experience with children with disabilities (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from a session
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting (50lbs )
