Heather Blankenship is a real estate investor and influencer with over 350k
followers across social media. She is known for investing in RV Parks but invests in
all different types of real estate. She also has an online women's empowerment
community called The Society of Entrepreneurial Women.
The Society of Entrepreneurial Women is an online community for women
interested in business and entrepreneurship. Our platform is designed to
empower and inspire women to not only achieve their entrepreneurial goals but
goals in all areas of their life. We offer various programs, services, and in-person
events to help women build successful businesses and become leaders in their
fields.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an AWESOME Administrative and Event Coordinator who is able
to execute administrative tasks amongst Heather’s businesses. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a passion for
helping others. No two days are the same, and expect a fast paced working
environment in which you’ll need to problem solve and complete tasks under tight
deadlines. If you’re someone who thrives in challenging environments and want to

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with program administrative tasks, including scheduling and
organizing events, workshops, and webinars
- Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
through email, text, phone calls, and online platforms
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining program-related files
and data entry
- Troubleshoot and problem solve tasks and issues related to The Society of
Entrepreneurial Women and other organizations
- Working with other team members to improve program/customer
experience
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating responsibilities on Heather’s behalf
- Help Heather with any ancillary tasks and projects that may come up * Ensure all tasks are completed within a given timeframe and to the full
satisfaction that is required
- Assist in planning events and meetups for The Society.
- Assist with podcast related tasks

Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or program coordination
and event planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
