We are a boutique French Riviera-inspired modern organic coffee and tea bar that also provides a highly curated selection of cocktails made from organic coffee, tea and house made syrup.

Our mission is to bring a new coffee, tea and cocktail experience that promotes organic and low-carb options without compromising taste. We are curating a distinguished and innovative cocktail menu that will attract customers from different backgrounds and cultures and satisfy the NY thriving coffee culture by combining Japanese elegance with a certain French je-ne-sais-quoi.

We are in search of a motivated, customer oriented bartender with great interpersonal skills and passion for coffee, tea and cocktails. Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender preferred.

Essential
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, cocktails, lattes, hot or iced
- Take orders and provide genuine care to each guest through warm customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including but not limited to restocking supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Understand product rotation, ordering, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
- Uphold quality and presentation standards in a timely manner
- Have a positive attitude towards customers, co-workers, etc
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in using Square POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating change
- Available to work afternoons and evenings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with positive attitude, able to work cohesively with co-workers to provide guests with exceptional service
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper procedures
- A punctual, consistent, reliable team member who is always on time for shifts

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
