What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at The Solar Community?
We are looking for Sales Representatives who are eager to support NYS transition to clean energy! The successful candidate will have a solid work ethic and strong communication skills- no sales experience required, training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential customers to share information on our cost and energy-saving solar farms.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and local community solar farms.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible.
- Support customers in registering for Community Solar projects in order to receive energy credits.
Job Requirements:
- Professional, consultative approach to presentations and proposals.
- Ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to and from office, Monday-Friday (hours 10am-6:30pm)

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
