Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize market approaches and improve sales techniques.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new team members and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar sales or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
