Position: Full-Time Residential Service Plumber

About the Role: As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be responsible for servicing and installing solar hot water systems, pool systems, tankless systems, and skylights. This entry-level position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 - $26.00, DOE, per hour, along with excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) with company match, an employee referral program, and employee discounts.

Your Responsibilities:
- Install and repair solar-heated water systems.
- Work closely with a lead technician on various tasks.
- Mount collectors on roofs, install pipes, fittings, and pumps.
- Apply sealants and protective coatings with precision.
- Ensure all systems function correctly through thorough inspections.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in solar or residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Dependability, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Solar plumbing experience is a plus
