In this role, you’ll work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment producing high-quality monofilament fibers while collaborating with a team that values inclusivity and innovation.

Day Shifts : Starting Pay : $24.25 / hour
- 1A Shift : Sunday–Tuesday, 7 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM; Wednesday, 7 : 00 AM–1 : 00 PM
- 2A Shift : Wednesday, 1 : 00 PM–7 : 00 PM; Thursday–Saturday, 7 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM
- 1B Shift : Sunday–Tuesday, 7 : 00 PM–7 : 00 AM; alternating Saturdays
- 2B Shift : Wednesday–Friday, 7 : 00 PM–7 : 00 AM; alternating Saturdays
- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce monofilament fibers to specifications.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers to meet production goals.
- Ensure proper filament winding on spools, maintaining consistent tension and quality.
- Package finished products and prepare materials for the next production cycle.
- Maintain accurate production logs and complete machine-related documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Education : High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience : 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred; familiarity with Lean Sigma concepts is a plus.
- Skills : Strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency, and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependability : Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for up to 12 hours in an industrial environment.
