Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front of House Hospitality Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling purchasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- Handle purchasing transactions, including operating cash register and accounting of daily sales
- Resolve guest problems/complaints and utilize own best judgment in resolving issues or refer to management as needed
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
