- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times, performing closing clean-up duties.
- Handle purchasing transactions, including operating the cash register and accounting for daily sales.
- Resolve guest problems and complaints, using your best judgment to resolve issues or refer to management if needed.
- Accurately write tickets for food and beverage items, turn them into the kitchen/bar in a timely manner, and coordinate with kitchen staff for special requests.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
