What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Studio Coordinator position at The Southbury Music Studio?
Looking for a responsible, organized, personable individual to help run day to day tasks at local music studio. Must be over 18 and have own transportation. Must be comfortable using the phone, and speaking to customers. Some Saturdays required 9-2. Hours of operation of the studio are 12-8 during the week. Looking for part time help.
Responsibilities would include scheduling student lessons, answering the phone, billing, selling products, renting instruments and keeping track of teacher and student schedules. Must be capable of using a desktop PC and tablet. All the daily reception tasks use a computer. Must feel comfortable writing and responding to emails, and speaking to parents and customers in person and over the phone. Scheduling and billing are all done in our software, so computer use is a MUST. Customer Service skills are also very important. Looking for great communication skills and someone very friendly and personable. Should be good with children. Musical knowledge is a plus but not required. Needs to be comfortable being alone at times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
