We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary team at The Gloriette restaurant within the Southern Hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while managing food service operations efficiently. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect local flavors and culinary trends.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage supplies.
- Train, mentor, and lead the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation.

Requirements
