What the Role Involves
As a Real Estate Sales Agent with The Southside Group, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. The following is required for this position:
- Agent communicates effectively with clients (both written and verbal).
- Manage your time efficiently and stay highly organized.
- Be tech-savvy and adaptable to modern tools.
- Provide elite service and thoughtful guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, from identifying their needs to closing the deal.
- Prospect for new leads and follow up to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Supervise closing processes to ensure smooth, seamless transactions.
