ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, produce, and manage workflow for experiential projects, including virtual and in-person events, exhibitions, and pop-ups. Continuously evaluate and improve processes as projects evolve.
• Build collaborative relationships across the agency and with clients, ensuring alignment and support throughout the production lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client-team members from all departments (accounts, creative, experiential, operation, strategy), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Partner with Production Managers to oversee budgeting, bookkeeping, purchasing, and vendor negotiations for projects under $1,000,000, with oversight and guidance from senior budget owners.
• Create and maintain production timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Lead on-site productions, managing teams, vendors and logistics for flawless execution of activations and experiences.
• Draft and manage clear production documentation, ensuring accurate communication of execution plans.
• Stay informed on trends, technologies, and innovations shaping experiential marketing and experiences.
• Promote excellence in production performance through accountability, metrics, and team development.
• Represent the agencys values and culture while fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop feasible operational strategies.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

Team leadership experience, fostering collaboration, and mentoring junior team members.

Hands-on experience managing budgets up to $1,000,000 with strong including reconciliation and vendor negotiations.

Skilled in creating clear and detailed production documents, including timelines, contracts, and task lists.

Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships.

Practical approach to solving production challenges with a focus on efficiency.

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Bamboo, Lasso).

Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
