ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion impactful workflows, projects, and processes ensuring alignment with agency messaging, values, and goals.
- Provide strategic oversight on integrating experiential impact metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams (accounts, creative, experiential, operation, strategy) and client for seamless communication and feedback.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project production timelines and process documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing, systems, and templates reflect current market trends.
- Oversee Experiential Production Budgets, conduct Vendor Research, and identify cost-effective, high-quality options.
- Manage Bookkeeping and Profit Loss Reconciliation, freelancer processing / invoicing in compliance with company policies.
- Handle vendor and venue invoicing, hotel contracts, and accommodation logistics for projects.
- Integrate diversity, inclusion, and social impact metrics (e.g., BIPOC, LGBQTIA, environmental, etc) into project planning.
- Oversee the end-of-year client gifts program in collaboration with leadership.
- Stay informed on trends, technologies, and innovations in experiential production to enhance agency work.
- Foster a culture of excellence with clear accountability, metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Embody and reflect the agencys goals, values, and culture, fostering growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
Qualifications Skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
Expertise in end-to-end production processes, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
Extensive experience in vendor sourcing, relationship management, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to manage and motivate freelancers and contractors, promoting and performance
Incorporate diversity, inclusion, and environmental metrics into experiential programming to ensure experiential projects reflect diverse perspectives, align with DEI initiatives, and remain accessible to all audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and managing relationships.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Bamboo, Lasso) and financial software (e.g., Excel, Quickbooks).
Strategic and creative problem-solving to ensure successful project execution.
Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
