Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and personable Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and assisting with day-to-day operations of the spa. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure all areas are well-equipped.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions.
- Upsell spa services and products to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Supervise the use of facilities to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment that prioritizes guest comfort.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a spa or retail environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
