Front Desk Sales Associate

Spa Haven Frisco is an established Spa (15 yrs)

**Spa or membership sales experience preferred.

Knowledge of our software, Zenoti, would be a plus!

We are looking for a front desk sales associate who is looking for part time (2-4 shifts per week). These shifts are mostly evening and weekend shifts.

Operating hours: Mon-Fri 9 am -9 pm , Sat 9 am-6 pm & Sun 10 am-6pm.

Flexible scheduling. This is a perfect position for college students. You are allowed to work on schoolwork during downtime.

You must be comfortable with client interaction and selling.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Upgrade clients and sell memberships
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Answer phone calls and book appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized facility

Additional Pay: Commission on sales including 8% product sales, $20 per membership and $2 per aromatherapy

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of membership based sales is preferred
- Familiar with ZENOTI software is preferred.
