Job Purpose
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse and Delivery Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and unifying the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role will focus on aligning the teams to reduce callbacks, minimize damaged delivery, and enhance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, provide a full range of warehouse and delivery operations management with 100% accuracy:
1. Creates warehouse and delivery strategies, processes and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and fulfillment.
2. Builds relationships and problem solves with vendors and customers, as required.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as delivery timeliness, warehouse accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
4. Implement systems to reduce damaged stock and delivery callbacks.
5. Research warehouse and delivery discrepancies and investigate root causes.
6. Collaborate with other departments to improve process and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure proper inventory handling, storage, and accuracy in the warehouse.
8. Coordinate with the delivery team to optimize routes and schedules, minimizing delays.
9. Work closely with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure inventory meets customer needs
10. Ensure merchandising on shelves on sales floor with display cases refreshed.
11. Ensures warehouses are organized and orderly.
12. Review sales forecasts; compare to results and update as appropriate.
13. Ensure any paperwork discrepancies are resolved.
14. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
15. Other related duties.
Qualifications
Must have a Business Diploma in supply chain management, business administration or related field and minimum of two (2) years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a willingness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

6. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and other vital retail management software systems.
7. A valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
