The Spa Team is Northeast Wisconsin’s leading hot tub retail store and is poised for significant growth. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Leader who will work with the owners to drive growth opportunities and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This position will lead our team in developing a customer experience second to none, grow the profitability of the business, and build processes to improve operations.
The Spa Team is looking to build upon the foundation of their Appleton store and grow into multiple locations in Northeast Wisconsin. The Sales and Marketing Leader will play a key role in this strategy. Compensation includes base salary plus unlimited commission potential and bonuses based on profitability and growth. Potential of growth into a general manager exists if desired.
The Spa Team is a fun family-owned business that carries high-end luxury Hot Spring and Caldera Hot Tubs plus Endless Pool Swim Spas. Our spas and swim spas range from $10k->$60k. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of customer service, accurate product knowledge (training will be provided), merchandising standards and marketing strategies
- High-end product sales with exceptional customer service
- Retail store execution on daily sales of hot tub and swimming pool chemicals and accessories
- Develop and execute on marketing tactics including social media to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales to meet or exceed key metrics and sales
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
- Inventory management including identifying potential new growth opportunities
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Manage and track spa sales and delivery, from contracting to ordering to install
- Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and merchandising displays
- Additional duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in retail store management
- Proficiency with computers, Google Docs, QuickBooks, social media marketing
- Pool or hot tub water care experience a plus but not required
