Medford Volkswagen, We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires proficiency in various data entry tasks, including order entry and maintaining databases. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that information is accurately transcribed and efficiently managed to support our administrative operations.
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring all demographic, MSPQ, Financial Acknowledgement form information is loaded and properly noted in the billing system
Role and Responsibilities
· Enter all MSPQ form data into RegOverlay in each patient account for New Patients and the every 90 day Update forms sent by the Clinics for all Medicare patients
· Ensure that all Financial Acknowledgement forms are completed and signed by the patient and documented in the patient’s RegOverlay Accounts
· Generate weekly reports to advise management of any data or forms missing from the clinics
· Update monthly spreadsheets and identify to management any trends of forms that are missing from the clinics.
· Understand the Medicare MSPQ process and when forms are needed
· Responsible for other duties as assigned by Manager or Director of Business Operations.
· Participates in recommended online educational classes through ADP
· Brings possible process improvement to management’s attention to discuss/review
· Participates in recommended online educational classes through ADP
· Maintains strictest confidentiality.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Experience using Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables.
Familiarity with databases and administrative tasks.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to transcribe information quickly and correctly.
Basic math skills for data verification purposes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required.
