Experience: 2 years as a Warehouse Attendant (Preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of response to warehouse issues and inquiries as reported through the Warehouse Ticketing System
- Full ownership for the management and oversighte of issues and inquiries to completion as reported via the Warehouse Ticketing System. This includes self-assignment or assignment to a Warehouse attendant
- Collect and report on daily/monthly metrics and project status
- Review project (PO) requests for completeness and identify gaps to ensure ability to perform and fulfill projects as requested or advise of issues
- Process shipments related to internal requests
- Assist in project schedule outlook and forecasting
- Assist in local deliveries, if needed
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, as needed. (pick/pack, inbound processing)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager from time to time
- Computer and Tech-Savvy;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn warehouse management system and other related software applications
- Good organizational and project coordinator skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem Solver and Detail Oriented
- Ability to lift/move packages up to 40 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Possess thorough knowledge of all parts in the warehouse inventory
- Operate forklift and other basic lifts and labor-saving devices. (certifications required)
- Maintain the warehouse and shipping docks in a neat, orderly and efficient fashion
- Maintain, clean and orderly workspace
- Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to practices or procedures
- Maintain a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure adherence to all TSC Standard Operating Procedures
- Be gritty and adaptable, open to feedback, and have a desire to grow
