Large Residential Section-8 Senior Housing looking for experienced Handyman to maintain an attractive, safe, and pleasing environment for residents, perform routine maintenance in the common areas, apartments, and building mechanicals. Previous experience is required in addition to general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and mechanical trades. The ideal candidate will also be able to operate tools and equipment necessary for this role.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a residential high-rise or like position preferred
- Must have customer service skills and the ability to communicate with supervision, residents, and colleagues
- Must be physically capable to handle the role which includes heavy lifting, climbing, bending, squatting, and stretching
- Any candidate must be reliable and dependable with the ability to work overtime as needed
- Willing to learn new skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently with minimal instruction
