A Product Knowledge Expert at The Spice & Tea Exchange is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, and promoting product knowledge to support the business. This role requires a strong passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain inventory levels throughout the store, price merchandise, and promote product knowledge to support the business. Provide guests with recommendations on products and recipes, and assist with blending and packaging products as needed.
Requirements
Proven customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes. Passion for food and cooking, and a desire to inspire coworkers and customers.
