Responsibilities
- Craft and prepare a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks
- Greet and engage guests at the bar with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take drink orders accurately and recommend beverages based on guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are sanitized
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks with precision and artistic presentation
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Restock bar supplies, inventory liquors, and prepare garnishes
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness at all times and before closing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1years of professional bartending experience
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol)
- Strong understanding of drink preparation and presentation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred
- Able to commit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with craft cocktails and innovative drink creation
- Background in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
- Basic understanding of flavor profiles and drink pairing
