Medical assistant bilingual

We have 9 offices in the Greater Dallas area and our Medical Assistants are provided a schedule that supports traveling different days of the week to different locations.

Personal Injury, orthopedics, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, and / or neurology experienced preferred but new or recent grads are welcome to apply.

Our CMA's work front & back office. Our ideal candidate must be able to multitask, have an excellent work ethic, reliable transportation, and maintain high attention to detail.

Bilingual is required (Spanish)!

The CMA Opportunity offers the following benefits :

• 10 days (2 weeks) PTO accrual the first year
• 15 days (3 weeks) PTO accrual after 1 year of service
• 20 days (4 weeks) PTO accrual after 4 years of service

Responsibilities

This CMA opportunity includes, but not limited to :

• rooming patients upon arrival,
• obtaining demographics, vital signs and brief history on new patients
• answering phones & triaging calls
• handling medical records requests
• insurance verification,
• inputting demographics,
• managing all office duties.
