Job Brief:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for accurate and proficient financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will ensure financial accuracy and compliance, drive data-informed decision-making, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. This role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to assess company performance.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, perform variance analysis, and provide feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks and support business planning.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements, including GAAP.
- Assist in internal and external audits/reviews by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Work closely with all departments to gather financial data and provide insights for business decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide backup and support to the entire Finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience is required. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Well-versed in GAAP and general ledger accounting processes, with experience in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
