Job Duties:
- Supervise barista team on a daily basis to ensure standards are met and consistency is maintained, be able to give constructive feedback if our standards are not met or if a behavior becomes unacceptable.
- Work with managers to implement barista training for new team members
- Keep Barista reference information up to date - adding new recipes or processes when necessary.
- Take ownership of inventory, product ordering, and receiving/ checking in product
- Comply with all safety, health and beverage regulations in order to protect against all legal liability
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
- Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the cafe and equipment is up to standards
