Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen management techniques.
  • Experience in supervising staff and conducting training sessions.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Background in fine dining or bartending is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
