Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert instruction in hitting, pitching, and defense to youth athletes, tailoring lessons to ages 8 to 17.
- Support on-site operations by assisting clients with cage rentals and other facility tasks.
- Articulate and uphold The Sports Shed NW’s philosophies, ensuring every athlete and family experiences our commitment to excellence and integrity.
Qualifications and Traits:
- Bring college-level experience in baseball or softball, or equivalent coaching expertise in hitting, pitching, defense, and core skills.
- Demonstrate high character and integrity—be a role model our community can trust.
- Communicate clearly and simply, breaking down complex techniques for young learners.
