We are seeking passionate, skilled, and high-character instructors to lead youth athletes aged 8 to 17 in mastering hitting, pitching, and defense. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert instruction in hitting, pitching, and defense to youth athletes, tailoring lessons to ages 8 to 17.
• Support on-site operations by assisting clients with cage rentals and other facility tasks.
• Articulate and uphold The Sports Shed NW’s philosophies, ensuring every athlete and family experiences our commitment to excellence and integrity.

Qualifications and Traits:

• Bring college-level experience in baseball or softball, or equivalent coaching expertise in hitting, pitching, defense, and core skills.
• Demonstrate high character and integrity—be a role model our community can trust.
• Communicate clearly and simply, breaking down complex techniques for young learners.
• Show reliability—be someone our team and families can count on.
• Embrace a purpose-driven mindset to serve others and develop the next wave of athletes through sports.
• Pass a background check and provide baseball/softball references to affirm your credibility.

Compensation:

• Earn $18/hour for non-instruction tasks (e.g., assisting with rentals) and up to $30/hour for instruction sessions, reflecting your impact.
