Role Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. As an integral part of our organization, you will contribute to a thriving caseload, providing essential services and support to help children overcome speech and language difficulties, as well as assisting with feeding experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language difficulties, addressing problematic behaviors as needed.
- Identify and implement effective treatment options, while advising and counseling teachers on techniques for consistent application outside the treatment environment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address specific functional needs.
- Conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress for children on your caseload.
- Adhere to individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with the needs of each child.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a speech-language pathologist.
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech-language pathology.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage patients with different personalities and behaviors.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A master's degree or greater in speech-language pathology is required.
- Valid license to practice as a speech-language pathologist or in the process of obtaining a license.
- Expertise in utilizing Google Suite products professionally.
