Freelance Videographer and Photographer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will capture stunning images and videos that tell a story and resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their photography skills, along with experience in video production and editing. This position offers the flexibility to work on various projects while collaborating with clients to achieve their vision. Longterm developmental opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, portraits, products, and lifestyle shoots.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver images that align with their vision.
• Attend in-field events to capture content material.
• Produce high-quality material to be used on sites, social media, ads and other promotional content
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, ensuring the final product meets professional standards.
• Utilize video editing skills to create engaging video content when required.
• Manage all aspects of the photography process from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Maintain an organized portfolio of work and keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
• Assist in the development of motion graphics and video production as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in video production and editing using software such as Adobe Premiere and Canva is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with post-production processes, including color correction and sound editing.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics in both photography and videography.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
