POSITION: Transitional Living Support Staff (Full Time) - 12-8pm
REPORTS TO: Transitional Living Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Transitional living support personnel serve to assist transitional living staff with business calls, monitoring of visitor traffic, and day to day duties specific to transitional living and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls on business line
- Monitor and coordinate entry and exit of visitor traffic
- Assist in responding to resident needs
- Coordinate with transport of guests as needed
- Assist with resident activities as needed
- Attend training as needed to meet domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking standards
- Available to work agreed-upon hours each week – occasional nights and weekends may be required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to successfully handle multiple demands and perform effectively.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Willing and able to work both independently and as a team member
- Must be able to sign The Spring’s Statement of Faith
- Must have valid Oklahoma driver’s license
