We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Administration Professional to join our team at The Springs at Lafayette. As a Medication Administration Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications safely and effectively.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a strong commitment to teamwork. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare, administer, and document medications for our residents. You will also maintain accurate records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications to residents according to their treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, including dosages and times administered
• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions or concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide). Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
