Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise. This includes advocating for your residents at every stage of care, administering medication, and maintaining meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer.
Requirements
- Experience in all aspects of nursing and how RNs practice medicine
- Knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care
