Key Responsibilities of a Medication Aide
You will:
- Prepare, administer, and document medications
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
- Examine and identify new residents' medications brought into the health campus
- Create a caring environment where residents feel valued and safe
