Job Description
The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for one of our communities in Medford, OR. The Springs at Anna Maria provides a warm and comfortable setting nestled in the heart of the Rogue River Valley. The Springs at Anna Maria has 102 beautiful homes, including 73 independent living and 29 assisted living apartments for our seniors to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
- 5 years of experience as a senior living professional, in a leadership role
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
