Job Description :
The Springs at Carman Oaks seeks a Food and Beverage Director with a minimum of 5 years' experience in fine-dining operational management, and a commitment to doing the right thing. This position will oversee our Executive Chef and their team in the BOH as well as our Dining Services Manager and FOH. If you are a self-starter with Senior Living, Fine-Dining Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Resort or Country Club experience, we would love to speak with you.

Qualifications :
- At least 5 years culinary experience preferred : responsibilities including production, menu development, purchasing and a variety of cuisines
- Senior Living, Fine-Dining Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Resort or Country Club experience preferred
- Proven track record of progressive, successful management / supervisory experience, and employee retention
- Working knowledge of food safety & sanitation practices, workplace safety culture
- Catering experience, a plus
- Must possess strong communication and active listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing
- Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills. Has the ability to set priorities, organize time, demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Management or executive level experience in food and beverage
- Culinary school diploma or degree in Food Service Management preferred
