About the Position :
The Springs Living is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to join its team of talented professionals in McMinnville, OR. The FP&A Senior Analyst will partner with business leaders throughout The Springs Living to drive financial and strategic decisions. They will provide analysis and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, management reporting and ad hoc analysis. In this highly visible role, they will have extensive interaction with business, strategy, and finance teams and collaborate with business partners. The ideal candidate is an independent, analytical, curious, and growth-minded individual. The ability to build and manage strong business relationships is key the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead short range and long-range planning and forecasting activities for Springs Living communities and the home office
- Build strong business relationships across the company and collaborate with the management team and other company leadership on financial and operation related topics
- Initiate ad-hod analysis of key revenue streams, drivers / metrics and overall P&L, and deliver relevant insights to business partners to drive business decisions and influence outcomes
- Synthesize and communicate the consolidated financial picture and outlook to senior leadership
- Develop business cases to support investment decisions and measure benefits to understand results across a diverse set of client segments, products and offers
- Build and enhance financial / non-financial modeling and systems at all financial statement levels
- Prepare management reporting – analyzing financial results, identifying key trends, assessing current and future business risk and communicating key insights
- Build modern and intuitive dashboards and KPI scorecards reports for operations on key business drivers
- Provide trends, benchmarks, metrics that deliver insights into companywide trends and comparisons
- Identify areas to improve and automate reports and processes and support new initiatives resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency
- Lead the development of tools, methodologies and templates necessary to achieve efficiency and scale
- Uphold the culture and purpose of the FP&A Team and function
