Make a Difference Every Day! The Springs at Happy Valley isn't just another senior living community - it's a vibrant, welcoming place where residents and staff feel at home. Our Maintenance Team is the backbone of keeping everything running smoothly, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep Our Building Looking and Working Great: drywall repairs, texturing, painting, and general maintenance in resident apartments, common areas, offices, storage rooms, and kitchen.
- Lend a Helping Hand: Assist residents with small tasks like cable TV setup and changing lightbulbs
- Maintain the Exterior: Help keep our community beautiful including walkways, driveways, and parking lots
- Work as a Team: Communicate with the Plant Operations Director & Maintenance and Housekeeping team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Stable, Full-Time Role:
- Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM
- Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM - 4:30pm

Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance, painting, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and walk throughout the campus for extended periods.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
