We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team. The main priority of this position, is to work with hospital case management to facilitate admissions into our skilled nursing facilities. We have 27 SNF communities in the state of Arkansas.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and talented team member to help oversee our admissions process and grow our referral sources within the local Hospital systems. The ideal candidate will have strong local ties within the community and the surrounding areas. Knowledge with LTC/SNF would also be beneficial.
Description of Clinical Liaison:
- Willing to travel throughout the region
- Expand our brand in the local community.
- Doing bedside sales with referrals, meeting with discharge planners, and working admissions effectively from start to finish.
- Setting appointments to meet with Physician Groups, Home Health, Hospices, and Hospitals.
- Pushing census growth.
- Assist with social media, help with customer service, PR, and community involvement.
- Submit accurate and timely reports.
- Most importantly convert referrals into admissions.
Qualifications for Clinical Liaison:
- Strongly prefer LPN/RN: Case management, Managed Care, LTC/SNF experience.
- Previous marketing or sales experience.
- Good communication skills and work hand in hand with the Chief Development Officer and the Regional Director of Business Development.
- Self starter and able to thrive in a fast pace work environment.
- Must have connections with local hospitals and the community.
- Will be required to use Outlook, Excel, Word, Facebook, CRM Module, and PCC.
- Reliable transportation: This position is 100% spent in the field
