Job Summary The Weekend Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing operations during the weekend shifts, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities - Supervise weekend staff to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards. - Coordinate patient care activities, including discharge planning and home care services. - Provide guidance on emergency medicine procedures and airway management as needed. - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in the operating room (OR) when required. - Ensure compliance with workers' compensation law and relevant regulations. - Facilitate training sessions for staff on toddler care and family planning practices. - Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and staff performance. - Address any concerns or issues that arise during the weekend shifts promptly.
