Physical Therapist, PT - Per Diem

The Springs of Hillcrest is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients in a subacute rehabilitation setting. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services that promote recovery and enhance patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and optimize treatment strategies.
• Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays.
