Looking for a Activites Director in carrying out a planned activity program for the residents.JOIN OUR TEAM!
Applicant must be organized and detail oriented, must have excellent verbal and communication skills, must be creative and compassionate, must be flexible and enjoy working closely with the senior population and must be willing to work flexible hours to meet patient needs
Responsibilities include the ability to deliver a quality program of activities that is designed to meet the needs of the individuals and groups. The AD functions as a team member of the multidisciplinary team, and provides assistance to other departments if needed along with any other tasks or responsibilities assigned. The Activity Director will be responsible for aiding residents with re-socialization skills, helping with the improvement of residents' physical condition, promoting leisure education for residents, developing one on one programming for the room bound or bedbound residents, creating an ongoing program of meaningful activities, designed to meet the needs and interests of each resident, providing mental and sensory stimulation, responsible for developing a plan for each resident, participating in community-oriented projects, and special marketing projects and having daily effective interaction with residents and their families.

Position will be Full Time.
Must be able to work some Saturdays and Sundays.
