We are seeking a dedicated and organized Management Assistant to provide property-wide support and assist in the daily operations of our team. This role will support various departments, including marketing and accounting, while ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
Where you can make an impact:
- Provide property-wide support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the marketing department.
- Serve as a backup for the Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.
- Handle deposit change orders to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform journey entries for accounting, ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Assist in additional administrative tasks as required, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in administrative or management support roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
