The Springs Resort & Spa is hiring an energetic Walker to deliver beverages to guests enjoying our hot springs. You will ensure timely and friendly service, creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working outdoors and delivering great customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity!
Where you can make an impact:
- Deliver beverages and refreshments to guests in the hot springs area.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the beverage service areas.
- Uphold safety protocols when handling alcohol and interacting with guests.
- Assist in stocking and organizing beverage stations throughout the resort.
- Ensure all guests are following resort policies and behaving safely within the springs.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to carry trays and walk long distances.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with handling alcohol and responsible serving practices.
- Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
