We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Wild Finch, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, crafting high-quality cocktails, and providing an inviting experience for every guest. Key responsibilities include bar service excellence, cocktail preparation, inventory management, and ongoing learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and excellent communication and hospitality skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and be organized with strong inventory management skills.
