The Springs Resort and Spa is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in multiple maintenance disciplines, this is your opportunity to contribute to our success.Where You Can Make an Impact : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including landscaping, pest control, and basic building upkeep.Handle repairs involving HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and flooring installations as needed.Complete specialized tasks such as asphalt repairs, seal coating, line striping, power washing, and window cleaning.Respond to tenant and management repair requests promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.Operate and maintain tools and equipment effectively to ensure high-quality results.Communicate effectively with management and team members about project progress and needs.Provide support for other maintenance projects as directed.RequirementsEducation / Formal Training : High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.Experience : Previous experience in maintenance or repair services, preferably in a property management or construction setting.Knowledge / Skills : Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide updates.Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.Salary Description $19 to start
