The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as education funds and scholarships.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible quality care for our residents. This includes administering prescribed medications and treatments, observing residents and recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifying appropriate parties of changes in condition or response to drugs and treatments. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assessing resident condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. A current First Aid and CPR certification is also required. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
