Job Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Maintain residents' charts and records, including any significant conditions or reactions.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition to detect any deviations from normal.
- Notify appropriate parties of any changes in residents' behavior, medications, or health conditions.
- Modify residents' care plans, directives, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) flow sheets as necessary.
- Provide bedside care and wound care to residents.
Requirements:
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
